With quarterback Brody Whitehair Brody Whitehair 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB Fairmont Senior | 2025 State WV out with an injury, the Polar Bears relied heavily on its running game to pull out the win over a talented Spring Valley squad that many thought could pull the upset. Dawson and his fellow big men up front put that to bed quickly as they grinded out the 29-6 win largely on the ground. Dawson is a must-know for D3 programs as a strong and compact guard prospect who also has quality athleticism that allows him to play left tackle in high school. He did a nice job in run blocking during the game on inside and outside runs sealing the edge and turning his man inside and outside.
