earned the Keep It a Buck Podcast’s Non-Public Player of the Year, and the impact tells the full story.
Early in the season, Bailey battled an ankle injury. However, once he returned, St. Joe’s transformed. The offense became more efficient. The scoring output increased. Most importantly, the Knights turned into a championship-level team.
Down the stretch, Bailey was the engine. Whether lining up in the Wildcat, at wide receiver, or in the backfield, simply getting the ball in his hands changed games. He brought versatility. He brought explosiveness. And when St. Joe’s needed a play most, he delivered — including a touchdown in the Non-Public A state championship.
What sets Bailey apart is how directly his presence translated into wins. His return didn’t just add production; it elevated everyone around him. That stretch run cemented St. Joe’s title and validated his value.
As Bailey heads to Harvard, his skill set projects clearly. He’s the type of do-it-all back who can impact games in multiple ways. Looking back, this championship run will stand as a defining chapter — and Bailey will go down as one of the most dynamic players in Super Conference history.

was quiet for most of the game, but when St. Joe’s needed a spark, he delivered. After a turnover set up great field position in the third quarter, Bailey broke loose for a 35-yard touchdown that gave St. Joe’s a 17–14 lead.
That run flipped the momentum, and St. Joe’s scored again on the next drive to extend the lead. Bailey finished with 10 carries for 50 yards and a score, providing the timely playmaking St. Joe’s needed to pull away and claim the Non-Public A championship.
Joe’s has the lead, and @natebailey02 has arrived.
A long TD run with 5:11 left in the 3rd quarter swings the momentum towards the Green Knights.

is one of the biggest reasons why. His versatility has turned the offense into a nightmare to defend, and his impact has only grown as the stakes have risen.
Bailey has done everything. He’s separated at receiver, creating clean windows and giving his quarterbacks easy throws. He’s lined up at running back and added physicality to the ground game. Then he’s shifted to quarterback, taking wildcat snaps and extending drives with his instincts and toughness. Every role has mattered, and Bailey has embraced them all.
St. Joe’s has taken down Bergen Catholic twice in three weeks, and Bailey’s presence has been a major driver of that success. His ability to play multiple positions and excel in each one has pushed St. Joe’s into the Non-Public A championship. He’s been the spark behind their late-season surge and a key reason they enter the title game as one of New Jersey’s most dangerous teams.

from St. Joe’s Regional is one of the most dynamic playmakers in the state. Despite his smaller frame, he consistently produces explosive plays with the ball in his hands. His elusiveness, quickness out of breaks, and ability to stretch the field vertically make him a constant mismatch. Now entering his senior year and committed to Harvard, Bailey will be featured heavily in the offense—both out of the backfield and in the slot. With his versatility, volume of touches, and big-play ability, he’s a serious contender to lead New Jersey in receiving yards for the 2025-2026 season.

has been a media favorite for a while, and it’s easy to see why. The 5’8”, 175-pound receiver is explosive, shifty, and tough as nails. He’s been a regular feature on the Keep It A Buck podcast—one of New Jersey’s most prominent high school football platforms —and his play speaks for itself.
Bailey wins in every phase of the game. He’s physical, mentally sharp, and relentless in his preparation. His ability to separate, make tough catches, and outwork his competition sets him apart. He’s not just a playmaker—he’s a competitor.
College programs have taken notice. He holds Division I offers from Jacksonville State, Marshall, Rhode Island, Temple, and Georgetown. Expect his stock to keep rising.

might not be the biggest or fastest player on the field, but don’t let that fool you—this kid is a playmaker. At 5’9” and 159 pounds, Bailey’s game is built on elusiveness, instincts, and a relentless drive to make something happen every time he touches the ball. Whether lining up at wide receiver or taking handoffs out of the backfield, Bailey’s burst and ability to navigate the open field are his calling cards.
He’s not a burner, but he doesn’t need to be. Bailey’s knack for tracking the ball downfield and his patience as a runner—hitting holes with precision—make him a dual-threat weapon. What truly sets him apart, though, is his mentality. Bailey plays with a never-give-up spirit that’s infectious. He’s the kind of player who thrives in adversity, using his heart and determination to outwork opponents who might have the physical edge.
Already a media darling in New Jersey, Bailey has earned offers from programs like Jacksonville State and Temple, and it’s easy to see why. His size might raise questions, but his mindset and ability to overcome challenges will make him an impactful player at the next level.

is the most dangerous athlete New Jersey has to offer. A player that can line up anywhere on the field and find success, Nate especially shined on offense as a run and receiving threat. Playing the role of Deebo Samuel for St. Joseph, Nate nearly split his offensive yardage right down the middle as he ran for 583 yards and compiled 600 receiving yards. With 15 offensive touchdowns as well, Nate was near unstoppable in his junior season.
As a receiver, Nate’s quickness off of the line was the first key to his success in beating defenders. With Nate’s route running skills he can bait the DB into breaking the wrong direction or cause them to stutter, giving himself the space needed to make it an easy pitch and catch. To go with his elusiveness, Nate’s tracking skills and ability to contort his body makes every pass thrown his way catchable. As a runner, speed is Nate’s greatest attribute. Whether it’s north and south or lateral movement to cut across the field, Nate can find and get to daylight very easily. He has received offers from Rhode Island, Jacksonville State and Marshall so far, but I expect more to roll through over the offseason.

once again proved why he’s one of the most versatile talents in New Jersey. Though primarily known as a wide receiver, his impact on the ground stood out in this matchup. Bailey’s elusiveness as a running back brought a new dimension to St. Joe’s offense, adding a shiftiness that their other backs don’t have. He showed toughness and grit, too, taking on the Wildcat quarterback role at the goal line, where he punched in one of St. Joe’s two touchdowns. Week after week, Bailey shows he’s a multi-dimensional asset, capable of sparking the offense in multiple ways.

, the do-it-all athlete from St. Joe’s Regional, continues to prove he’s one of New Jersey’s most versatile and impressive players. Against Archbishop Stepinac, Bailey showcased his dynamic skill set as a runner and a pass catcher. He tallied 51 yards on four rushing attempts, including a touchdown, while adding four receptions for 68 yards and two more scores. What stands out most about Bailey is his combination of elusiveness and contact balance. Despite his size, he can make defenders miss while delivering physicality when needed. As a receiver, Bailey can stretch the field on deep routes and create mismatches lined up in the slot or out of the backfield. His versatility was a crucial factor in the game, cementing him as one of the top offensive weapons in the state.
