Vincent has been on the radar for several years, even making our Freshman All-State Team in early 2024. Since then, he’s quietly played as one of the top corners in the state. Despite being a bit undersized, he thrives as a run defender, and I actually think that’s the best part of his game right now. He has excellent recovery speed, and some small technical tweaks with his footwork should help him maximize his athletic ability in coverage. He provides extra upside as a kick returner and could find his way into the lineup early in his college career.

The corner opposite Jymel is no slouch either – I’ve liked Marley’s game for a couple of years as he has developed into a very good player on the outside. Marley has started to pick up some well-deserved recruiting attention himself. Marley has excellent footwork and can transition out of his breaks well to maintain consistent coverage in both man and zone coverages. I think he’s got very good speed, and he can play the ball in the air in single coverage. Don’t let the size fool you, I think he’s got excellent athleticism as well. I think Marley can be a leader on this team, also.

One of the fastest prospects in the state, Vincent made a massive impact on the game as a versatile defender and special-teamer. He probably projects best as a slot corner with strong man coverage skills, and despite his size, he loves to come up and hit in the running game. We love his athletic profile and think he could be a potential FBS defensive back.

Vincent isn’t the biggest corner you’ll find but that doesn’t mean he isn’t physical. He has good ball skills, and frequently puts himself in position to make plays. He’s able to stay stride-for-stride with faster receivers and he’s shown the ability to be physical enough matchup with taller and bigger wideouts in man coverage.

Vincent is a technically-sound corner who has gained some weight and strength this offseason. He didn’t play a ton as a freshman, but has more than enough tape available to make an evaluation. He has decent reactions and has great hips, able to mirror opposing receivers and stay with them in and out of breaks.
