Holland Hall 2026 running back LJ McGhee LJ McGhee 5'9" | 170 lbs | RB Union | 2026 State OK had a sophomore year that was very similar to his play on the football field. Time after time, we watched McGhee finish every single run strong and that’s the way his sophomore season played out. McGhee would take over as the starting running back during the second half of the regular season and had a really good sophomore campaign. McGhee’s overall strength when running the ball is evident and he had a few plays in the playoffs where he delivered some absolute blows to some pretty talented athletes and left them in the dust. Another thing that really stood out when watching McGhee’s film was his overall vision in the backfield. He’s the not the biggest running back so identifying the correct hole and having his eyes work in sync with his feet and hips is critical. McGhee already does that at a solid level and the future is very bright for him and this Holland Hall offense moving forward. McGhee is going to try and pick right up where he left off at the end of his sophomore season.
