Larron finished his junior year with a team-leading three interceptions in 10 games, returning one of them for a touchdown. He also proved to be very effective against the run, recording 67 tackles and three tackles for loss as a junior. Westmoreland also played a key role in the Jeffersontown offense this past season, catching 33 passes for 459 yards and six touchdowns while also running the ball 39 times for 287 yards and nine touchdowns, and throwing two touchdown passes. Larron is committed to Kentucky where I can see him developing into a key member of their secondary once he gets there.

Despite his team’s loss to Rockcastle County, Larron Westmoreland Larron Westmoreland 6'5" | ATH Corbin | 2027 State KY put together a strong Week 1 performance. Westmoreland lined up at safety where he was very impressive against the run, showing the ability to fill the lane in a hurry to get to the ball carrier to make the tackle. He finished the game with a team-high 15 tackles along with one tackle for loss. Westmoreland also came away with one interception and returned it for a touchdown, and caught two passes for 12 yards on offense. Larron currently holds multiple Power 4/Division I offers and I expect more to come his way this season.
