Hart comes from a triple option offense, but he’s one of the more explosive pieces in it. He has good stride length and gets up to top speed in a hurry once he clears the line of scrimmage. I like his vision as a runner. He sees a crease, trusts it, and hits it without hesitation. He doesn’t waste movement in the backfield and has a knack for ripping off chunk play after chunk play. Even in an offense where everyone touches the ball, he has a way of standing out when it’s in his hands.

. Hart had an excellent freshman season, where he was utilized as both a wide receiver and a safety, two positions where he excelled. As a DB, Hart has a great sense for the football, anticipating throws, cutting them off, and creating opportunities for his offense to get back on the field. Offensively, Hart is used all over the field as its Swiss Army Knife. However, he’s impressive as a receiver, where he makes defenders miss, has soft hands, and can secure the ball even through contact.
