Dillard had a huge breakout in year 2, emerging as the focal point of the offense. He brings elite speed and proved it with a 90-yard score, showing the ability to flip the field in an instant. He’s shifty in space, works well out of the slot, and has strong hands to finish plays consistently. The production speaks for itself with 1,296 yards and 18 TDs on 58 catches. I see a dynamic playmaker who can take over games and stress defenses in multiple ways.

Kingston Dillard Kingston Dillard KY played a huge role in Owensboro’s 5A state title run this past season. He finished his sophomore year as his team’s leading receiver, hauling in 58 passes for 1,294 yards and 18 touchdowns in 15 games. Dillard is very impressive with the ball in his hands in open space and he has shown the elusiveness to make defenders miss and speed to run away from the defense to turn short passes into big gains at any given moment. He is also a dangerous deep threat out of the slot, using his speed to create easy separation. Dillard currently holds offers from Kent State, Troy, and Kentucky Wesleyan, and I expect more to come his way this offseason.

Dillard is a smaller 5’9” 2028 receiver that was winning consistently on short and long routes. Juking defensive backs with his cuts on a dime creating space and even making them fall at times. Excellent hands transitioning from catch to run. Bright future!

In the first place spot on my list is Kingston Dillard, a wide receiver for Indy Select South 18U. Dillard was locked in this past weekend, showcasing his electric speed off the snap and outstanding catching ability. Dillard impressed me more than once, but really shined when he elevated off the ground to haul in the one-handed touchdown catch. This talented prospect from the Bluegrass State should not be slept on.

I was additionally impressed with Kingston Dillard Kingston Dillard KY , a wide receiver for Indy Select South 18U that was unstoppable on Saturday morning. The highlight of Dillard’s performance was when he caught a touchdown pass with just one hand. Dillard was also a huge difference maker after the catch, using his speed and versatile edge to beat the defense and pick up some extra yards.

Kingston Dillard Kingston Dillard KY looked every bit the #2 receiver in Kentucky’s 2028 class and backed up his ranking with a dynamic weekend for KY Elite. He plays with great burst and is an explosive, twitchy athlete who can stress a defense quickly. Dillard moves fluidly in and out of his breaks, creates separation with suddenness, and becomes a true playmaker once the ball is in his hands. His ability to generate yards after the catch adds another layer to his game and makes him one of the more dangerous young wideouts in the state.
