Khalil Rogers Khalil Rogers 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Owensboro | 2023 State KY is a wide receiver that I was high on coming into this season that continued to impress during his senior year. Rogers finished his high school career on a strong note, catching 41 passes for 463 yards and seven touchdowns. He is a very impressive route runner, using his quickness in his release and in the breaks in his routes to create separation. Rogers also has the speed to run by defensive backs in the deep passing game and the athleticism to go up and catch jump balls, even when tightly contested. He is also very dangerous after the catch, using his speed and elusiveness to turn short passes and screens into big plays. Rogers also scored one rushing touchdown this season and was used as a returner on special teams. Khalil currently holds offers from Indianapolis, Indiana State, and Morehead State, and I see him developing into a very productive receiver at the next level.
