Expert Analysis
Connor Jackson | Prep Redzone Scout
Stout, explosive build. Another 90 MPH thrower in baseball, currently committed to play both baseball and football in college. Explosive, downhill runner who can fall forward at contact, will add value in the QB run/power game. Quick decision-maker in the short and intermediate areas, does a good job of putting it on receivers as they pass through open spots on the field. Holds onto the ball too long on the move and causes DBs to break on the ball. Lapses in decision-making and anticipation put the ball in harm’s way. His arm gives him access to every throw on the field, and he will play best in a scheme that allows him to get the ball out quickly from point A to point B. Plenty of upside if he can be reigned in.

Kaleb Narcisse Kaleb Narcisse 6'1" | 210 lbs | QB Kell | 2026 State GA is coming off a breakout fall and has several D1 offers under his belt as he heads into his senior season. When it comes to pure arm strength, Kaleb Narcisse Kaleb Narcisse 6'1" | 210 lbs | QB Kell | 2026 State GA is on par if not better than some QBs with stars next to their name. He consistently proves capable of ripping the ball into hard-to-reach areas and hole-shot spots. He is a tough QB who hangs back and eats contact when he lets the ball go. I wouldn’t consider him a burner with his legs, but he is more than capable of extending plays and being a body to account for in the run game. He is also stout, so can be tough to bring down. Narcisse is a stout, durable QB who plays with toughness and has enough juice in his arm to make every throw on the field. There are plenty of traits to be excited about here, which is why D1 teams are in the mix.

An under-the-radar Cobb County gunslinger sho had some big moments last season for the Kell Longhorns, this promising passer brings natural arm strength, mobility, and big-play ability. He can make a clutch throw under pressure and knows how to push touch on his deeper passes down the field. He brings decent size, pocket presence, and the ability to male plays outside of the pocket. He’s coming off a strong junior season where he combined for 2,667 total yards and 28 touchdowns for one of the top programs in the area. He flashes D1-caliber talent and could be in store for a really big final season this fall.

Kaleb Narcisse Kaleb Narcisse 6'1" | 210 lbs | QB Kell | 2026 State GA has been well-covered for us at Prep Redzone. His fastball is sniffing 90 MPH and he has one of the strongest, if not the strongest arm in the state. He is up to 6’1 210 now, giving him some durability in the pocket and adding more explosiveness to his game. When you turn on the tape, Narcisse throws rocket after rocket on tape. He has the horsepower in his arm to place it into hard-to-reach areas and can throw the ball with whistling spin. This is his first year as a starter, so his best ball is still in front of him. There are P4 tools here for Narcisse and I expect his stock to continue to rise as more and more coaches watch him throw in person.

Kaleb Narcisse Kaleb Narcisse 6'1" | 210 lbs | QB Kell | 2026 State GA made his first career start for Kell, but he looked like a seasoned vet. He was very efficient, completing 10 of his 14 passes. He has strong passing abilities, flashing the ability to change up his arm angle and fire the ball with the flick of his wrist, qualities common with baseball athletes. There is plenty of juice in his arm, as he frequently drove the ball downfield with high velocity and proved capable of putting air under it when needed. He is a good athlete as well, allowing him to extend plays and take available yards on the ground. I will go on the record by saying I am pleasantly surprised with his tools. He has big shoes to fill, but I think Narcisse will generate some D1 buzz.
