Another Kell High School freak, but this time it is in the defensive back room. He is one of my favorite players in the state, and is someone that I believe will get even better. Adams remains to be one of the fastest players in the state, and is someone who has been clocked in at a 10.73, which is ridiculous. He has plenty of key traits at the cornerback position. He is a twitchy prospect and is very fluid in his hips. He is definitely someone who can show his dominance in man, but don’t test him in zone, as his breaking speed is one of the better ones in the state.

Speed doesn’t lie, and neither do the on-field traits that Adams has. Adams is by far one of the more impressive players at the position and will be a D1 player when his high school career is done. Very physical, and his ability to cut towards the ball on the break is one of the better things I have seen out of the 2027 cornerback class. He is learning from a great group of guys and is one of the best out of that group. He runs a 10.73 100M and has a lot of decent traits. I would like to see him keep everything moving in the right direction.

Kamoni Adams Kamoni Adams 6'0" | 175 lbs | DB Kell | 2027 State GA has several high-profile P4 offers under his belt and is next in line behind an elite set of 2026 Kell DBs. He is impressive in his own right. He PR’d at 11.09 in the 100M this spring, improving his time from 11.8 last spring. Clean, quick feet in his backpedal. Smooth transitions both downhill and when turning to run. Does a good job pressing receivers against the sidelines, forcing a perfect throw from QBs. Diagnoses well at the top of his routes and survives releases. He is difficult to separate against and sticks on the hip of receivers. Has only gotten faster since the season ended. Trusted to be left all alone on an island. Offensive reps add context to how dynamic of an athlete he is. Adams is already a high-profile prospect who is only going to get better.
