is one of the best centers in the state of Pennsylvania. He is an absolute monster as both a run and pass blocker. In the run game, he is especially nasty. His ability to drive defenders and turn them so they can run behind him is excellent. He is also a good athlete who can pull and get out in front of screen passes to block. Slover is a good player, and he needs to have a good game to beat Roman Catholic. I expect him to be at his best.

is one of the better centers you see play the position. His ability to fire off the ball and block defensive tackles is impressive. He rarely, if ever, misses a block as he is a consistent blocker, especially in the run game. The best part I like about his film is how athletic he is. He does a great job of pulling and blocking from the center position, which is unheard of for a high school center. He also shows his athletic ability by going out and blocking in front of screen passes and blocking downfield. I also feel like he could play as an offensive guard or tackle as well. Slover is a talented offensive lineman.

‘s film this off-season, I was blown away by his ability as a center/interior offensive lineman. It has been surprising not to see him get any offers yet. This past weekend, he went to Bloomsburg at their prospect camp. He did well at the prospect camp, so it could springboard more attention for Slover. I think eventually he should get some offers, and it will be well-deserved.

is a good center for Bishop McDevitt. His ability to block interior defensive linemen is excellent. He shows good strength and does a good job of driving them off the ball. His best trait, though, at the center position, is his ability to pull. In high school football, you do not find many centers who can pull, and it is especially rare to see a center pull and block at a high level like Slover does. His ability to pull and kick out defensive ends is excellent and opens up many run-game options for McDevitt. Slover is an underrated player who, with a strong Senior year, should have a chance to get recruited to play College Football.
