Sierra Canyon receiver Josiah Phillips Josiah Phillips 6'4" | 185 lbs | WR Sierra Canyon School | 2023 State CA announced his commitment to BYU last Sunday.

Phillips had a final three of BYU, Cal and San Diego State before choosing BYU.

He told Greg Biggins of 247Sports that BYU’s move to the Big 12 was a major factor in his decision.

Phillips is a big guy at nearly 6-foot-5 and has tremendous body control for his size. He can make caches in traffic and should be an early contributor at BYU.
