A player I’ve been beating the drum on for a while,

, Green has put up some monster numbers over the last two seasons for Waukee Northwest.
A wideout with top-tier ball-skills and timing, Green has cultivated an excellent connection with Heitland through the air, catching passes on time and on target. Green is the type of receiver that gives the “screw it, he’s down there somewhere” vibes that make him a difficult cover. With the ability to speed up and get under a deep ball, plus the capacity to go up and get a ball over a defender. Green is Division I — and if UNI is the only program that sees that, the Panthers will benefit greatly from his services.

is a threat to make a big play both as a pass-catcher and as a returner. Between his sophomore and junior campaigns with the Wolves, Green has led Waukee Northwest in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns — all while on the same team and sharing the same position with Iowa-bound receiver,

A deep threat that can go up and get a pass with his excellent ball skills, Green has put in the work to work cohesively in the passing game with his quarterback, fellow name to watch for the award,

. One can see in his film that the pair have a shared timing that few other QB-WR duos in the state possess, as Heitland can drop back and put it exactly where his receiver will go get it, as Green has fully earned the trust of his quarterback. As a returner, Green uses his open-field speed and vision to out run the return coverage.

Green already is our No. 4 receiver in the 2027 Class and 59th prospect overall. He not only justified that ranking this season, he made a case for being higher in the upcoming update. Green led the Wolves in catches (68), receiving yards (1,189) and touchdown grabs (14) in 2025. He averaged 28.7 yards and scored a TD on 12 kick returns, and returned four punts for a 22.5-yard averaged, housing one of them. Explosion is his calling card. Quickness and speed aren’t far behind. It was good to see that in person during the state semifinals against Liberty. It confirmed what we can see on film. He caught six balls for 49 yards with a 12-yard touchdown. His 20-yard kick return provided evidence of burst and quick-cutting ability. He visited Iowa and Northern Iowa this fall, and has been invited to games by South Dakota State, South Dakota, North Dakota, North Dakota State, Wyoming, Army and Miami (OH).
