With a little bit more exposure thanks to his team’s success and the production on the field, Vinyard is a smooth athlete for his size that was used in the tight end screen game, often effectively gaining an automatic first down. A ‘dual-threat’ tight end, so to speak, Vinyard could be split out as a receiver, while also playing in-line. As a blocker, he could take his assignment all the way to the sideline, taking them out of the play.
