Cunningham checks all the boxes of a D1 OL prospect with his size, length, and movement skills. At 6’6” 280 lbs. he’s got natural bend with the lateral agility and foot speed to match defenders movement. He’s quick on his feet to get to the spot creating positional leverage and stays balanced/under control at the POA. Possesses active hands with good placement, snaps his hands into position and delivers heavy initial contact. Adjusts well to defenders movement to recover and replace his hands when knocked down. Love his ability to sustain his blocks throughout the play. Latches on and sticks to defenders to finish. Still has growth potential in his frame and great upside as he develops. Caught a lot of eyes in the spring and expect that momentum to continue through the fall.
