Tofi is a very intriguing prospect with elite upside and growth potential at the next level due to his athleticism, length and frame to continue to pack on more weight in college. He offers position versatility on both sides of the ball and held two offers from UNLV and Cal and signed with the hometown Golden Bears during the first national signing day earlier this month. He checks into our rankings as a top 150 prospect in the state, and inside the top 20 at his position after coming off stellar Junior and Senior seasons for one of the top programs in Norcal.
