Thomas lead a very impressive receiver group on the day, and was easily one of the better players in the entire camp. He was dominant in the competition drills and one on one sessions, while unguardable downfield and came down with everything contested. He has elite downfield speed, good length and range and can run a variety of routes while a true burner at the third level. Thomas picked up an offer from Colorado State post camp, and was offered by Duke earlier this month as well.

Despite holding 10 offers from a variety of western region programs, Thomas is still underrecruited given his elite size, speed, and skillset. At 6’3” 160 lbs. he’s got great long speed to stretch the field but also shows the fluidity and change of direction to get in and out of his breaks at the short and intermediate levels. Flashes good technique and creativity releasing off both press and off coverage and is quick to gain separation. Strong hands with the body control to make contested catches in traffic or high point a ball using his length and leaping ability. Explosive after the catch, he can extend gains by cutting around defenders in space or running through contact. Offered by over half the schools of what used to be the PAC12 but has national recruit potential.
