Horton is a lengthy athlete who I felt had really good year on both sides of the ball. He’s got good closing speed and can chew up yardage with his stride length. He’s got some twitch to his movements and an eye for the ball. He had 24 tackles this year and 3 interceptions. I like where he’s at and feel like he’s a guy who can become a quiet leader for the defense as he enters year 4. Horton then had 39 grabs for 370 yards and 5 TDs offensively. He’s quick off the line and has good top-end speed. He’s got a good feel for DB because he plays both ways and it’s noticeable how he picks up on tendencies and learns.
