He shows great vision as he quickly finds the open hole and exhibits excellent burst through the hole before accelerating to top speed. He exhibits very good contact balance as he keeps his feet moving on contact before finishing the run by falling forward for extra yardage. He is a reliable receiver as well as he lines up in the slot and is quick off the LOS. He uses his good play speed to get open down the seam and tracks the ball well in the air. He shows great hands as he makes the catch over the shoulder in the endzone as he scores a TD.

In 2022, Jayvin’s great play helped the Springfield Wildcats to a 13-win season where they averaged 34.8 points per game and advanced to the Division I Championship Game. He shows very good patience as he waits for the block to be set up. He exhibits good burst through the hole before accelerating to top speed quickly. He shows good play speed and athleticism in the open field as he picks up a big gain with ease. He is excellent in pass pro as he shows the willingness to block and quickly locates the DL in the backfield. He squares his shoulders before exhibiting quality play strength and physical toughness as he finishes the block to the ground.
