About Ty

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I believe that I am an all around player on the field. I can play defense or offense depending on where you need me. I am a threat to the passing game and on the offensive side I am a very hard and fast runner. I am very downhill and dominant but at times I could also be elusive.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am very happy to play every time I step on the field and I like to have fun and play hard. When it comes to leadership and my teammates are feeling down or bad about their mistakes I will talk to them and tell them it’s ok, it’s only one bad play let’s get over it and worry about the next play

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I play 7on7 for The Ohio Players, They are located in Cincinnati, Ohio and they are one of the best 7on7 teams in Ohio. I made the 14u National team and I am ready to work

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I work hard to get me and my teammates better it doesn’t matter if it’s by me telling them something that I see or the other way around. I like to work with my teammates and try to understand them on a deeper level than football, I think just by doing that it develops me as a person and a leader.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I haven’t really faced a challenge yet, but I like to prepare myself and my game if I ever do have to face some challenges

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for top D-1 level colleges that have some of the best academics, athletics, and some of the best meal preps and nutritionists to help my body develop

Ty Bobo Ty Bobo Ty Bobo 5'7" | 144 lbs | ATH Northridge Middle School | 2030 OH is still in middle school but is projected to go to high school at Northridge. The 5-foot-9, 150-pound prospect recently picked up an offer from Kent State (and also holds an offer from Capital) and it’s easy to see why: Bobo is a legitimate dual-threat player who can make plays with his legs. He flashes a solid arm, but receiver or running back is likely his college fit (he could play on defense too). At the youth level over the past season, he recorded 1,621 rushing yards, 21 total touchdowns, 325 receiving yards and 1,143 yards passing with 14 touchdowns through the air. Defensively, he recorded seven sacks, 84 tackles and two interceptions.
