Daniels is your typical mike linebacker. He’s good in his read and react and he gets downhill in a hurry. He plays with good pad level and is a good form tackler who is able to stand up strong ball carriers. Daniels has P4 offers from Louisville and Arizona State and sever G5 offers. I expect Daniels to put out some strong junior film and to continue to compile P4 offers.

Right on the margins from a size perspective in terms of Group of 5/Power 4, but his film and in-person eval really pops. Hard-hitting thumper who flies to the ball. Can rush the passer, takes good angles, moves well in space and displays tremendous instincts. Picked up a handful of MAC offers after team’s college day.

Daniels, Powell’s teammate at Springfield, is a high-upside inside linebacker for the Wildcats. The 6-foot-1 sophomore is a heavy hitter and very explosive and twitchy. He is a strong open-field tackler with excellent instincts.
