- Excellent size, length, and bend.
- Paired with elite measurables, Jayden is incredibly athletic. Fires off the ball extremely quickly.
- Amazing performances against some of the best offensive lines in Michigan.
- Able to bend extremely low to the ground when pass rushing. Rare flexibility.
- Stops the run with a lot of success. Good at anchoring and being a gap-to-gap player when the situation calls for it.
- Extremely competitive!

Jayden moves up as far as he possibly could have. #3 to #1, and a small but extremely notable boost for the blue-chip prospect.
I’ve talked about Jayden a lot this season. I’ll sound like a broken record, and that’s alright.
Jayden has ideal size, length, bend, competitiveness, and explosiveness. He’s far ahead of the curve, even when it comes to other blue-chip DE’s. Jayden gave one of the best offensive lines in the state (DCC) a major headache. I love the way Jayden is able to explode off the ball, bend, and straight-up beat his lineman with excellent agility. I hope Jayden has another elite offseason. Already an elite prospect, but he’s still nowhere close to his true ceiling.

Jayden had a promising freshman season last season. Elite length, frame, other traits. Had 1 G5 offer from Central Michigan at start of 2025
This year, he had an elite offseason, filled out his frame, upgraded his explosiveness, etc. and as a result of his efforts, he earned offers from Alabama, Pitt, Purdue, Vanderbilt, and Michigan State over the summer.
I’ve watched him in person twice this season. Legit 6’5” 220, built really well for a sophomore, elite bend, high motor, super explosive, uber competitive. Pretty dang well-rounded player already. He’s been dominating on a rebuilding team with probably the toughest strength of schedule in the state.

Jayden has put himself firmly as the #1 EDGE in his class, and this game did nothing but solidify that for me. Starting on the first drive, OLSM tried to run a swing pass to his side, and he read and reacted quickly, disposed of his blocker and laid an absolute shot on the running back. Throughout the game, he proved just how tough he is to block regardless of what you’re trying to do offensively.

I really didn’t intend to comment on Jayden’s performance. I honestly didn’t scout him aside from a couple of snaps.
But he showed up in a big way. It seemed like he was earning a “free ride” into the backfield once per drive. Again, elite getoff, elite size, and a phenomenal motor. I already like Jayden better than the vast majority of P4 prospect DEs of years past. I would reccomend Jayden to any and all college programs. With a few more productive offseasons, Jayden has a chance to set himself up for tremendous success in college.

One of the best players on the field, and I think the best player for Brother Rice.
Jayden lived up to expectations and more. For one, his size and length are legit. Tall, long limbs, and built extremely well for his age. Give it another year or two, and Jayden should have absolutely elite strength.
I watched Jayden make a number of great plays. Against one of the best O-Lines in Michigan, no less. On outside run plays, Jayden did an excellent job working through blocks, sometimes multiple. Great agility and fast hands when working against the run.
Good pass rush as well. Does a great job firing off the ball and using his hands. Though he struggled recovering, and I thought he could show a little more bend.
Finally, Jayden is a competitive football player. Deeply invested in the game, and showed some frustration at times, though never anything toxic. In most cases, I love when prospects show passion and emotion- you’d be suprised by how many good players seem disinterested.

Here it is. Jayden has arrived, and I’m extremely excited to see his full-season tape come November.
So far this season, Jayden is showing high-end burst, bend, and effort. Jayden’s first highlight is a phenomenal rush off the edge. Jayden doesn’t even get blocked- his explosiveness was enough to get into the backfield and earn a sack. Second, a pass rush that quickly turns into a sideline-to-sideline stop. Amazing reaction time- Jayden immediately changes course and explodes toward the receiver.
Of course, this is a super small sample size. Still, Jayden looks like he’s living up to his ranking. Phenomenal traits, and good effort. The sky’s the limit.

Another really good EDGE that I came away impressed with. Against Dakota, he had a couple of really nice tackles, displaying his high motor and ability to get his 2nd and 3rd move to work when it seems like he is stopped. He also got some reps at TE and was good there, making a couple of good blocks and making a nice first down grab in the middle of the defense. I am higher than most on Brother Rice just because of the young talented group they have coming up, and Bell is one of the biggest pieces of that.

There is a ton of hype around

and what he can do. Only a 2028, he has pushed himself to become the #1 EDGE in his class, and #3 overall. He will have a HUGE opportunity to break onto the scene and establish himself as a game wrecker as he takes on Macomb Dakota, a regular deep playoff run type team that tends to be extremely efficient offensively. Bell has great get-off, great bend and the ability to pull off multiple moves as he gets into the backfield. Brother Rice as a program is moving in the right direction, and it’s the young underclassmen like Bell that are doing a ton of heavy lifting for the Warriors. This will be a huge tilt for the Detroit area and Bell could put his name all over this game with a great performance.

, including Alabama, Purdue, Michigan State and others have extended offers recently and it’s pretty easy to see why. His ability to shed blocks, rush the passer and close down gaps in the run game is off the charts. He has a strong lower body that allows him to anchor down and set the edge, and has the speed to get down the line of scrimmage for a chase down. He keeps building his body and tweaking his technique, allowing him to be one of the most elite athletes in this 2028 class.
