Over the last 10 years, Carl Albert has established itself as one of the premier programs in Oklahoma 5A football, winning 9 state championships while currently riding a four-year consecutive championship run.

has played a role in that success, putting together an impressive season with 56 receptions for 887 yards and 11 touchdowns while totaling 1,291 all-purpose yards his junior year. Webster is an explosive athlete who has a natural ability to create separation and get open. One of the things I really like about his game is how he uses his body when working against defenders. Rather than relying on his hands, he does a great job leaning into the defender to create space and put himself in position to make the catch. He also shows the ability to defeat man press coverage and isn’t afraid to go up and attack the football in the air. Webster displays strong hand-eye coordination and has made several impressive catches on film. His combination of explosiveness, route-running ability, physicality, and ball skills makes him another weapon for a Carl Albert program that knows what it takes to compete for championships.

comes into this season as one of Carl Albert’s most versatile weapons. Offensively, Webster was outstanding last season at the wide receiver position. He caught over 50 passes for nearly 900 yards and 11 touchdowns. The Titans weren’t afraid to hand him the ball or let him return kicks either. They would do whatever they had to do to get the ball in his hands and he delivered on a consistent basis. Defensively, Webster also finished with 35 tackles and countless pass breakups and an interception that he took back for six. The Titans have several two-way stars to watch this season and Webster is near the top of that list.

might be flying under the radar going into the summer months but that shouldn’t be the case. Carl Albert’s headlines were dominated last fall by a record-breaking running back. But look further into Carl Albert’s offense and you see an absolute playmaker in Webster. We watched the Titans in person for their two biggest games of the year with the semifinals and championship game. In both instances, Webster was arguably the best wide receiver on the field and we don’t remember the ball hitting the turf when it came his way. He’s a dynamic playmaker that is primed for a big senior season this fall.

could be one of the guys that steps into a much larger role this fall. If last year was any indication, Webster looks like a guy that could see his production explode this season. He only had six receptions last year in limited playing time. Four of those receptions went for touchdowns. Now let’s face it, if he ends up catching 50 passes this season, he won’t be scoring on over 60 percent of those passes but he’s shown the ability to be a big play guy. He’s already earned his first offer this offseason.
