Expert Analysis
Jordan Reyes | Prep Redzone Scout
Standard is a long and athletic WR at 6’4” 175 lbs., he brings an impressive catch radius and natural ball skills to the position. With natural hands and excellent body control, he consistently wins in contested situations and shows the ability to high point the football over defenders. His length and timing give him a clear advantage in jump ball scenarios, making him a reliable redzone and deep threat. He tracks the ball well and doesn’t shy away from contact at the catch point. While he excels making plays in the air, his route running remains a key area for development. Would like to see him improve his ability to sell his routes and make sharper/sudden cuts. High upside as he great physical tools and natural receiving instincts to build on. Holds an offer from Idaho but should see more recruiting attention as he develops. Ranked #81 overall and the #11 WR.

was hard not to pay attention to at the showcase. Standing at a lengthy frame of 6’3 170lbs, he imposes tons of mismatch problems for opposing secondaries. The first thing that pops out is his physicality off the line, as he can meet contact with contact and use it to allow him to separate. He is smooth and concise on his breaks, moving fluidly out in the open field. His ability to make insane catches was on display all day, as he utilized his long arms to highpoint and reel in catches. Standard is gonna make sure his name is known throughout the state when he starts his senior year.

is a 6’3″ receiver who plays as big as he is and has no problem going up and getting the ball. At just 161 lbs, he still plays very physically and had no problem using that length to help get defenders off him and give him the space he needs to make plays. Standard is a sure-handed receiver who moves very smooth out on the field. His cuts may not be the sharpest, but he has the quickness to get separation and really excels on vertical routes. In fact, his vertical routes were so effective last season that he averaged over 19 yards per reception in 2023. Building off of that, I’d look for him to find the endzone a lot more in the 2024 season.
