Cutter Boley Cutter Boley 6'5" | 200 lbs | QB Lexington Christian | 2024 State KY has continued to prove worthy of our top overall ranking in his class as he has had a strong senior year so far. Through his first seven games, Boley has completed 103/164 passes for 1,451 yards, 12 touchdowns, and four interceptions. Boley has a cannon for an arm which he uses to lead his receivers down the field in the deep passing game. He also has big play ability, showing the ability to escape pressure and make very tough throws on the run, while also showing the toughness to stand tall in the pocket and deliver passes under pressure. Boley also puts great touch on his passes, putting the ball where only his intended receiver can catch it. He has also shown the ability to make plays with his legs when needed, running the ball 30 times for 120 yards and five touchdowns so far this season. Cutter is committed to Kentucky where I can truly see him becoming their quarterback of the future.

To kick off this list, we have the top-ranked player in the entire class, Cutter Boley Cutter Boley 6'5" | 200 lbs | QB Lexington Christian | 2024 State KY . Boley recently reclassified from the 2025 class to the 2024 class. He had an outstanding 2022 season with the Eagles, completing 254/400 passes for 3,901 yards, 36 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions. Boley has everything you look for in a passer with great arm strength, touch, accuracy, pocket mobility, and the ability to go through his progressions. He has also shown the ability to make plays with his legs when needed, finishing this past season with six rushing touchdowns. Boley is committed to Kentucky where I see him developing into their QB of the future once he gets there.

If you follow high school football in the state of Kentucky, Cutter Boley Cutter Boley 6'5" | 200 lbs | QB Lexington Christian | 2024 State KY should be a household name by now. Not only is he the best quarterback in his class but he is also the top overall player. Boley had an outstanding first season as an Eagle, completing 254/400 passes for 3,901 yards, 36 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions. He has incredible arm talent, showing the strength to push the ball down the field and zip passes into tight windows. Boley also puts a tremendous amount of touch on his passes, putting the ball where only his receivers can get to it. He also has great pocket mobility, moving around the pocket to avoid pressure while keeping his eyes down the field. Boley also has shown the ability to tuck the ball and make plays on the ground when needed, running the ball 48 times for 102 yards and six touchdowns this past season. Cutter currently holds a long list of Power 5 offers and I expect that list to continue to grow as he is one of the best quarterbacks in the country in his class.
