Lincoln East’s Colton Tucker Colton Tucker 6'0" | 225 lbs | LB/RB Lincoln East | 2027 State NE is a player who has been high on our radar since his freshman campaign and looks ready to close out his prep career with a bang. Colton is a high-motor ‘backer who ended his junior season with 70 tackles, seven TFLs, and a half sack. Colton plays the game like a true throwback thumper who’s not afraid to dig his nose into the grindstone. He is very sharp at reading his keys with a quick trigger and first step to get downhill in a flash when he reads the run. Tucker is very effective at filling in his gaps and can use his strength to fight off blockers at the LOS. Great power and leverage at the point of contact make him one of the top tacklers in this LB class. Tucker can also float around in coverage very well, showing he can fluidly flip his hips and roam the middle of the field while being physical at the catch point. Accomplished multiple-sport athlete who can elevate a LB room!
