Cionne Conn Cionne Conn 6'0" | 165 lbs | DB Frederick Douglass | 2027 State KY is a player who has been high on our radar for a while now and continued to impress as a junior. Conn lines up at safety where he has proven to be very dependable in coverage. He does a great job of reading the quarterback then using his speed to break on the ball to make a play once it is in the air. Conn finished this past season with a team-high three interceptions in 13 games. He has also shown the ability to come downhill to provide support against the run, finishing his junior year with 55 tackles and two tackles for loss.
