Conrad had not one, not two, but three rushing touchdowns in an imposing win over a very dangerous Edina squad. This was his first game this year where he managed to find the endzone. Punching the ball in 3 times within the 5-yard line is impressive, and I hope he continues to stack up the TDs.

Conrad was an excellent complement to Francois. Conrad made a nice cut at the line of scrimmage to pick up eight yards. Then, he used good vision and found space off the left side for six yards. Later, Conrad showed patience as he picked up three yards in the middle, and then he showed explosiveness as he bounced outside for ten more yards. He was usually quick to the hole, like when he picked up eleven yards behind Copley and Olness.

Chase Conrad Chase Conrad 6'1" | 195 lbs | RB Minnetonka | 2025 State MN switched from TE to RB last season, and he proved an instant fit at the position. His size and frame made him a steady ball-carrier, and we saw more flashes of his speed and agility running on the ground. Conrad particularly showed great potential during the Skippers’ blowout win over Buffalo, rushing for 125 yards and 3 touchdowns on just 10 carries. Conrad averaged 10.4 yards per carry on 15 carries last season. Conrad particularly was dangerous running outside the box, attacking the gaps quickly and breaking long runs through them, and Conrad possesses the power to bull through the defense on the goal-line to score. Conrad will be due for a lot more carries in 2025 after sitting behind the depth chart most of last season, and Conrad is due for a breakout season in his senior year.
