Cedric has absolutely earned a rankings boost. He’s flat-out efficient, and honestly, more explosive than I remember. Watch the play at 25:23 and see for yourself. Cedric follows his blocks, hits the sideline, and has enough speed to beat the last defender and make it into the endzone.
Cedric has developed into a very efficient runner. Love his vision, plus good top speed (47:37 is another example of good vision). I still think Cedric could use some work with his contact balance, but that aspect of his game is far from bad.
