Cayden Gray Cayden Gray 6'1" | 220 lbs | DL Winslow | 2026 State NJ is built for the trenches—and he’s about to make that clear to the rest of the state. At 6’1”, 270 pounds, he brings impact on both sides of the ball, but it’s on defense where he flashes.
His get-off is quick. His hands are violent. And the power he generates from his lower body makes him a problem in one-on-one situations. Cayden consistently wins the leverage battle, and it shows across his tape. On offense, he moves exceptionally well for his size. He climbs to the second level with ease and shows great control in space as a pulling blocker.
He recently earned his first Division I offer from West Virginia State. With more eyes on him now, Cayden looks primed for a breakout season that could land him firmly on the radar of Power Four programs.

Winslow is becoming a highly recruited school within South Jersey, as Cayden Gray Cayden Gray 6'1" | 220 lbs | DL Winslow | 2026 State NJ adds to their ever-growing list of scholar athletes. With impressive offensive film, we see that Gray will punish people when pulling or down blocking. I would describe him as a mauler-type offensive lineman that kills defensive tackles when he blocks back. Gray possesses good leg drive and maintains inside leverage with his head when trapping, while demonstrating his upper body strength to finish his blocks. Gray’s latest offer came from Pittsburgh.

The second strong defender coming out of Winslow on this list, Cayden Gray Cayden Gray 6'1" | 220 lbs | DL Winslow | 2026 State NJ is a big man that is ready to make a name for himself in his junior season. Delivering some of the biggest hits I’ve seen on tape, Cayden moves with ferocity as he absolutely levels players the same size as him. A player that goes full tilt until the whistle is blown, you better get out of Cayden’s way if he’s heading your direction.

Winslow High School has another Eagle ready to protect the nest over the next three years. At 6’1″ 220lb they have a ready-made center in Cayden Gray Cayden Gray 6'1" | 220 lbs | DL Winslow | 2026 State NJ .
Gray gets to the second level very easily. In fact, he gets there so quickly that he does so before many LBs are able to make their reads. This puts the defender in a vulnerable position, often ending with Gray putting them on thier backs. Gray is all about that action. Once he lays a nasty block, he goes and finds some more work. He has shown to throw a good double team time and again; however, what I think will help Gray the most is to improve synchronously snapping the ball and taking his first step. Should they become simultaneous, Gray’s game will explode and he will be even faster to the point of attack.
Gray’s prep career is off to a promising start. He has the size and too often colleges are looking to recruit true centers. With a solid freshman campaign and varsity-ready size, Gray should be a solid college prospect in coming years.
