One of NJ’s best all around athletes, Benjamin Carter Jr. Benjamin Carter Jr. 6'1" | 190 lbs | ATH Camden Eastside | 2027 State NJ is living up to the hype in his sophomore campaign. An elite edge rusher/outside linebacker, Benji’s play on the field deserves statewide recognition. A defender with long arms and quick, decisive movements, Benji is able to use his length to drive linemen away from his body and also swat their arms away from him. The combination of first step quickness and a variety of hand movements allows Benji to get into the backfield unimpeded and get into the face of the QB quickly. Getting to the quarterback 3 times this far this season, Carter has a motor that never stops running and he will fight to get to the ball carrier until the final whistle.

Another Winslow product to highlight, Benjamin Carter Jr. Benjamin Carter Jr. 6'1" | 190 lbs | ATH Camden Eastside | 2027 State NJ is going to be a dominant defender for this team in the very near future. A relentless pass rusher, Benjamin will pursue the ball carrier all the way until the whistle is blown. With a more athletic build off of the edge, Benjamin is really more like a sprinter coming out of his stance the way he pops off of the line. Finding his way to the QB 2 times in 2023, I am very excited to see what Benjamin and this team can do in 2024.
