Parks has carried the football 151 times for 955 yards and 12 touchdowns in nine games. He has four games with 100-plus yards rushing with a season-high 222 yards (34 carries) in a 45-28 win against Flint Hill. I’ll say this much, he’s a north-south runner who reaches top-speed quickly. Parks is getting to the second-level of defenses in a hurry. He does his best work in-between the tackles and doesn’t go down easy. Don’t sleep though, he’s agile enough to cut to the outside and turn the corner on defenders when needed as well. Parks will easily hit the 1,000 yard mark and that will most likely be this upcoming weekend.
