Smith was one of the unsigned seniors at our event, and what a fantastic day he had. He was amongst our top tested across each category, and coaches raved about him throughout the entire camp, thanks to his explosiveness and change of direction. He moves really well, which should help him compensate for his size. Any small schools looking to snag a late pickup with some juice should take a look at this kid, who is battle-tested against good competition at Hoover.

The State of Alabama will be represented at this event. Smith has a smaller defensive back frame, which is something you don’t see at the college level, but there are many expectations at the next level as well. Smith has the chance to show up and show out, as he is a question mark entering this event. This could be one of his final chances to compete, considering he is a 2026, but this one event could push him to the moon despite his lack of size.
