“Crowell has really impressive arm strength and touch that allows him to deliver some beautiful deep balls all over the field. He has a quick release, impressive accuracy and ball placement, and can throw the ball from within the pocket and while on the move.
I’m seriously impressed with Crowell’s mobility and how he performs under pressure. He’s a quick processor who can escape defenders, extend plays, and scramble upfield for good gains on the ground as well. I love watching him throw the ball when pressure is in his face–he doesn’t miss a beat and can make the toughest throws look easy.”
Crowell can make some really impressive throws and put together some great tape in the process. I’m excited to see what he’ll bring to Hoover’s offense moving forward. He’s a talented player with a bright future ahead:

Crowell carried himself with a fairly quiet demeanor, kept his head down, and went rep to rep. He took the coaching in stride, and I appreciated that. He’s got a good arm and can whip the ball into tight spots. His velocity was among the best at the camp. Add in his accuracy in those intermediate ranges, and he had a fantastic day. I also like his ability to move and pick up 1st downs with his legs. He’s not the tallest QB, but he knows how to find the open lanes and throw with anticipation, which is an absolute must.
