Outlaw, headed to Georgia Tech, has long been one of my favorite players in the 2026 class and was an obvious pick to make this list. He will play a hybrid type position on defense for Tech, where his run and chase skills should be put on full display. He runs at a major P4 level, but it’s his speed, along with his play strength and pop at the point of attack, that sticks out to me. I’ve been tracking him closely for the last few years, and that will continue well into his college years.

Outlaw was unstoppable this week. He racked up 11 tackles (one for loss), 2 hurries, a pick six, and a rushing TD.

This past Friday, Outlaw went off in his team’s 29-6 win over Wetumpka. He recorded 14 total tackles (2 for loss) and one INT.

Now a junior, Outlaw has only gotten better and is coming off a terrific performance this last week against Russell County where his team won 46-14. Outlaw is extremely reliable against the run, as a pass rusher, and even in coverage. He plays with a ton of speed, strength, and athleticism that helps him make impact plays no matter what his assignment is- it’s really common for Outlaw to take over games and completely wreck what offenses are trying to accomplish. This past week against Russell County, Outlaw did exactly that- ending the game with 11 tackles (one for loss), an interception, and even a touchdown and 2-point conversion on offense as well. Every year Outlaw has started he’s become that much harder for teams to stop- it’s been awesome watching him develop into the player he is, and he isn’t slowing down anytime soon. Be sure to keep an eye on Outlaw and this Pike Road team moving forward, they’ve got some serious potential for a run this season!
