Brandon will be a break out candidate for this St. Edward offense. He’s shifty and explosive off the release. He picks a hole and shoots through it, and can get into the second level with a strong lower half. If he breaks past the last line of defense, he has top end speed and is hard to catch. Brandon is also used in the passing game, and can be a great mismatch for slower defenders.

Brandon played great as a Sophomore in 2023 rushing for 1913 yards and scoring 28 TD. His awesome play helped the St. Edward Eagles to a 15-win season where they averaged 32.6 points per game and won the Division I State Championship. He shows good quickness and agility to bounce the play to the outside before cutting it back and shows very good play speed in the open field. He possesses very good contact balance as he breaks tackles from LB and DB. He exhibits very good mental toughness as he rises to the occasion in the redzone.

was on full display over his team’s state championship run behind a dominating line that put his abilities on full display. White became a household name thanks to an elite performance with 243 yards and three scores to help St. Edward to its third straight Division I state title. The sophomore was the main catalyst for his offense taking openings his line gave him and turned them into chunk play after chunk play. His vision was next level to find openings in the second level that turned 3-5 yard gains into first down yardage and more. He showed durability throughout the postseason as well as the title game where he carried the ball 32 times. White possesses lethal footwork to perform quick cuts to lose defenders while getting his feet working upfield. Because of his quick feet, he takes contact well by resetting his feet to maintain balance to keep moving. He has the speed to finish long runs with good burst when hitting the edge. Is a regular factor in the passing game with good hands to be a threat anywhere on the field. White’s postseason performance will have him on the radar of college coaches across the country and an early watchlist player for Mr. Ohio consideration.

White has had a fantastic season for the state football power Ed’s. His signature performance of the season thus far was a huge week 9 game versus Archbishop Moeller. On the ground he the Eagles in rushing with 254 yards on 34 carries and 2 td’s. He also led the Eagles in receiving with 4 catches for 64 yards. White has top end acceleration off the snap of the ball. White runs with great vision and has the athleticism to improvise on contact balance to extend plays. As noted, Brandon is also a big weapon in the pass game. He’s a player that can be lined up in the slot and win reps versus defensive backs due to his route running and athleticism. Quite simply White is a playmaker and this offseason should start to see his recruitment begin this offseason and next camp season.
