St. Ed’s is always a program stacked with talent, and Paulouzzi is one of their top prospects. Syracuse is getting an explosive edge rusher, an off-ball linebacker in a 3-4 who knows how to rush the passer, be very disruptive, dip hi shoulder, turn the corner and wreck havoc on opposing quarterbacks. I love Paulozzi’s ability to shed blocks, and he has a very high motor.

Bradyn Paulozzi Bradyn Paulozzi 6'3" | 230 lbs | DL/EDGE St. Edward | 2027 State OH takes great angles to the ball and is a stout run defender at the point-of-attack. A strong block shedder who has good bend and plays with great leverage to disengage off blocks and wrap-up again the run. He has bounced back from a Week 1 injury and made a big impact on St. Ed’s top defense.

Paulozzi will be one defender I have my eyes on in terms of recruiting hype. Paulozzi has nasty hands, both fast and powerful. He’s got good burst off the line and has good bend. He has excellent closing speed on quarterbacks to finish sacks. I’m excited to see what Bradyn can do in 2025.

Bradyn played very well as a Sophomore in 2024. His solid play helped the St. Edward Eagles to a 9-win season where they held opposing offenses to 18.1 points per game. Against the pass, he shows good burst off the ball and exhibits quick hands before easily disengaging. He displays very good closing speed in pursuit before sacking the QB. Against the run, he displays very good play strength as he sheds the attempted block from the TE or OT. He plays with excellent range in pursuit before making the tackle preventing a gain of significant yardage.

Paulozzi is a skilled defensive end in an Ed’s program that has proven to be able to develop talented defensive linemen. When you turn on the film Paulozzi’s length, bend, and technique are some things that stand out. When lined up out wide he shows a nice bend and rip move he can use to win the edge. He has the ability to dip and work outside in. Bradyn is also comfortable anchoring and working head up on the offensive tackle. I like Paulozzi continues to develop and get stronger, I like him as a strongside defensive end who can both set the edge in the run game and affect the quarterback in the pass game.
