It is clear that UWEC liked what they saw from this DL group as ’25

out of Sun Prairie East was also able to earn himself an offer from the Blugolds. The 295 lbs ’25 measured in with almost a 6’3″ wingspan. Schauer proved that he was a very stout DT in 1 on 1 scenarios. He easily held the line, and in pass rush battles the Sun Prairie East product flashed the power to bull rush and collapse the pocket from the interior. Brady also showed off some versatility in his rushes, winning with some quick lateral moves. The ’25 carries his size well and is able to be sudden with that frame. He definitely looked the part of one of the best interior DL in WI.

. The 6’1″ 280 lbs NT/DT is the mismatch that teams look for at the position. At his size Brady has an explosive get off at the snap. He does a great job of playing with leverage. You consistently see him get underneath the chin of the OL, get hands on and quickly disengage, then get after the ball. Brady has the balance needed to play in the trenches where you need to be able to stay square or recover from awkward angles that an OL may get you into. To go along with the athleticism is strength to take on double teams without giving up ground or literally toss OL in one on one blocks. Brady is an exciting mismatch in the trenches that is going to shine this camp season. Take a look at the film.

Stats: 7 Tackles, 1 TFLrnBrady is looking like a force in the middle of the SP East DL. He won a lot of battles in Week 4 vs a talented Beaver Dam squad. They don’t show up in the stat sheet, but the first thing that jumped out on tape was how much pressure Brady was putting on the QB. Multiple times, the junior used a spin move to get off blocks and showed off the burst/closing speed to force the QB to get rid of the ball. Against the run, the NT proved he could dig in and hold his ground. Schauer would also do a consistent job of getting separation, disengaging, and making the tackle near the line. The 6’1″ 270 lbs junior is developing a solid base of strength, quick twitch, and rush moves. I’m excited for his future.
