. Even among the group of very talented RBs his explosive burst/acceleration and agility stood out from the crowd. The ’26 has a special ability to cut on a dime at top speed, then instantly get back to top speed. It leaves almost no room for error when a defender squares up with him 1 on 1 in space. Plus he has that straight line speed to beat angles and break containment on outside carries. The 6′ 170 lbs incoming senior verified the athletic dominance on the field with elite combine numbers. He ran a 4.47 40, 4.33 shuttle, jumped 9’6″ in the broad and 39″ in the vertical. Brady is pushing himself higher and higher up these RB rankings.

needs to be on radars for the next level. The 170 lbs RB might not have the size of an RB1 at the next level, but a big workload is no issue at the HS level for the playmaker. In 2024 Brady touched the ball over 220 times on his way to 1,700+ AP Yards along with 24 total TDs. Brady brings an excellent base of instincts and vision to pair with his game breaking acceleration and long speed. Traits that do a great job of getting him into the open field and then creating big plays when he gets into that green grass. Kaufman further solidifies his change of pace abilities and third down usage by proving he is a reliable receiver out of the backfield as well. No doubt about it, Brady is one of the top weapons in the Madison area.
Brady is one of the athletes I was excited to get eyes on Friday night. The junior RB made a big impact on the game and a big reason behind it is his short area agility and explosive burst. At his size you don’t expect to see an RB doing damage between the tackles. Brady is able to because he has the quick twitch, make you miss elusiveness thanks to his vision and ability to accelerate or juke away from defenders. Multiple times Brady was able to create space by making a man miss in a phone booth, making something out of nothing. The junior is someone to watch in these playoffs, and this offseason/2025.
