Ben didn’t let the rain during the showcase slow him down at all as he put on a route running clinic. Coming away with the WR MVP of the event as well. Ben is a crisp route runner with excellent technique. Fires off the ball well and can stop on a dime to make strong quick cuts. He consistently gets defenders on their heels and is able to create separation for himself with his suddenness, burst and twitch. Ben is the perfect slot receiver and should look to have an increased role in SJC’s offense this fall.
