from Glassboro stands out as one of the most polished offensive linemen in New Jersey. The 6’4”, 280-pound tackle played a pivotal role on the offensive line that helped pave the way for a 2,000-yard rusher en route to a state championship. Anchoring Glassboro’s line, Wright has consistently demonstrated his ability to dominate at the high school level.
What immediately jumps off the tape is how clean and technically sound he is as a prospect. His pass protection stands out, particularly his ability to keep his hands inside and maintain control against defenders. Wright’s ability to anchor against bull rushes is another impressive aspect of his game, showcasing his strong posterior chain and lower-body strength. His quick feet further emphasize his athleticism, allowing him to pull effectively and block in space while maintaining a low pad level. However, improving his pad-level consistency would make him even more dominant.
Despite playing at a smaller public school in South Jersey, Wright has established himself as a top-five tackle in the state. He’s already earned Power 4 attention, with offers from Akron and Syracuse, and his potential to continue rising is evident. As scouts dive deeper into his film and see his ability to excel in both run blocking and pass protection, Wright’s offer list is poised to expand. Expect him to make a significant leap this upcoming season and cement himself as one of New Jersey’s premier offensive linemen.

puts on for the big boys. For such a young age Wright has a good kick step; however, what truly stood out to me was the pad level he is able to play with – which if you follow my evaluations I am very critical of for linemen of all ages. Should he continue his trajectory, this will mean good things for Wright if he can continue to get bigger, add, weight, and maintain his ability to bend. Additionally, Wright drive blocks with short, choppy steps and works to seal defenders’ angles with his head. Something else to be excited about is that we start to see Wright’s body begin to bend upward. A few things I hope to see from Wright in the coming years that were absent from his freshman film is him pulling and trapping, powering down to his B gap, and punch & recoil in pass protection. With tons of positive indicators, keep your eyes peeled on Wright.

When a BIG wears #0 in practice you have to pay attention. That I did! Amon has a solid foundation and he’s proportioned from his ankles up. He moved well all practice and I even liked seeing him penetrate the B gap playing some DT.

At a verified 6-foot-4 and 245-pounds, Amon did really well in the run-blocking drills and exceeded first-impression expectations when it came to his athleticism. He moved well for his size and I was impressed by the quickness in his lower half. For a bigger, longer prospect at this age, he displayed a harnessed ability to use his lower body to get in strong positions as a blocker. Really liked what Wright was showing in INDY’s and athletic testing and was a standout for me in both. In 1-on-1’s he plateaued a little but had really competitive reps with some of the top Defensive Linemen in attendance. Out of all the Offensive Linemen on this First Team, he has the biggest upside in my opinion.

Already a legitimate 6-foot-4 and 250-pounds, Amon is a trench warrior coming out southern New Jersey. With his impressive size and ability, Amon dominates on both sides of the ball and should be highly recruited on either side of the line. As a defensive lineman, Amon is a force that breaks through the offensive line with ease and finds the ball carrier almost immediately if opponents try to fun between the tackles. He also shows flashes of being a tenacious pass rusher who works his way to the quarterback using his size and power to help get him there. Right now, I’d say he’s more of a run-stuffer, but he does have pass rush potential. Flipping to the offensive line, Amon is a ferocious run blocker who moves his opponents and opens up running lanes behind him for the ball carrier. Amon already has the size and the ability to play at the next level. If he stays healthy and stays on this trajectory, he should be playing at a P5 program after high school. The next four years will be fun here.
