There might not be a more instinctual linebacker that we have across yet in the class of 2028 than Amarion Oliver Amarion Oliver 5'6" | 180 lbs | LB St. Peter’s Prep | 2028 State NJ . Poised and disciplined beyond his years, we see the youngster eye his keys and fly to the ball as a result, often getting over the top of play to corral ‘backs with ease. A youth coach along the line impressed upon an younger Oliver that you are to run through the man – and that is exactly what he does. Oliver runs full speed and through contact, ensuring ball carriers crumble in the process. We see the emergence of the rip to disengage with blockers. As great as that is, I would like to see Oliver’s pad level improve and for him to shoulder/leverage tackle. He looks good sniffing out the short, lateral passing game. Absent from his film is him covering both zone and man assignments.
