Choctaw athlete Akoree Walker Akoree Walker 6'2" | 170 lbs | ATH Choctaw | 2029 State OK is a 2029 prospect that we’re watching very closely over the next nine months because all signs point to him being one of the breakout stars during the 2026 season. Walker saw limited varsity time for the Yellowjackets in 2025 but we believe that he will step into an elevated role because of who they lose to graduation. Walker’s film is incredibly impressive to watch and the production (although it’s not at the varsity level) is off the charts good. Walker is also a prospect that looks like he checks the size box based on the film but we’re looking forward to seeing him in person this spring. Choctaw coaches have also been vocal this offseason that Walker could be the next guy up in this Choctaw pipeline. And in the last five years, the Yellowjackets have consistently produced playmakers.
