The WI Badgers commit had a strong final HS game on both sides of the ball. He made some plays at DT including blocking a field goal attempt, but it was his play on the OL that had him looking his best. The OT has outstanding range, easily getting across the formation and leading through. The big man is a dancing bear, moving that 285 lbs frame swiftly and turning that quickness into power on contact. The big man has heavy hands that match that lower body power. Whether you watched the final game or his senior season highlights you see that strong initial punch that can put DL on their backs. I’m really impressed with the strides he has continued to make to his game and it has me excited for what he could continue to turn into while in Madison.

We have been singing our praises of Bay Port’s Aiden Dirksen Aiden Dirksen 6'7" | 285 lbs | OL/DL Bay Port | 2026 State WI all offseason. No doubt about it, he is one of the top OL in the state among the Class of 2026. The offers began to come through right after Aiden’s performance at the Lake Show Mega Camp in Oshkosh. Mankato was the first to offer, followed by Washburn, Jamestown, and then Illinois State a few days later. Aiden took that momentum and carried over to his camp in Madison with the Badgers. A camp where the 6’7″ 285 lbs incoming senior would win OL MVP and earn a PWO offer from the home state Badgers. Aiden is coming off a great year, winning a state championship at the highest level in WI and has since put in the work this offseason in preparation to move out to OT. The next level is clearly noticing the talent and dedication. Big things ahead Aiden!

The junior started on the interior while helping bring home a D1 State Championship. Now he is spending the offseason getting ready to slide out to OT. A position that should match his 6’7″ 285 lbs frame really well. Spending the past season on the interior gave us a great look into the power that Aiden has. Going up against the biggest athletes on the field we got to see the power, leverage, and hand placement shine as he would dig DTs out of gaps. I can’t wait to see him play out on the edge this summer and fall.

The OC is now listed at 6’7″ 285 lbs and looks every bit of it while on the interior of the Pirates OL. I loved watching him play with this OL unit. Aiden is so well rounded already. He could fire out and overpower his opponent on the interior with quick hands and a leg drive that never quits. Dirksen’s heavy hands and overall power have been piling up the pancakes all season long and were key to their success on the ground in the championship game. Dirksen also separates himself from the crowd with his range. He is able to play laterally and cover ground while engaged and I’m confident he could even pull and lead from the center position. Between his size, strength, range and overall athleticism the junior OL has big things ahead of him.
