Fakatou was the highest-profile player at the event and drew a big crowd of reporters after the camp. He was clearly the best athlete of the defensive linemen during the individual drills and tested well. Fakatou took on the top offensive linemen during the one-on-one period and still won the majority of his reps.

Fakatou entered the cycle as the #1 prospect in the 2028 class before reclassifying to 2027 while still holding a top 5 position. Owns a rare, imposing frame at 6’7”, 260 pounds with ideal length and natural power that jump off the film. Plays with strength and violence at the point of attack, creating knock-back and disrupting blocking schemes with ease. Shows projectable movement skills for his size, allowing him to threaten edges, collapse pockets, and impact plays beyond his initial gap. Length consistently shows up in run defense and as a pass rusher, where he affects throwing lanes and is maintains separation from blockers. Still scratching the surface from a developmental standpoint, but the ceiling is extremely high. A physically gifted defensive lineman with prototype size with 33 offers to date.

He is one of the most physically impressive sophomores I have ever seen and he can overpower upperclassmen linemen. His quickness is also very good and he is a natural bender for a guy his size.
