In the first place spot on my list is Trevor DeLacey Trevor DeLacey 6'1" | 160 lbs | QB Owensboro | 2025 State KY , a quarterback at Owensboro High School. What impresses me about DeLacey is his ability to maneuver the pocket as well as his arm strength. I also like DeLacey’s passing ability, proving he can connect with his receivers from along the edge. DeLacey also showcases his ability to quickly scan the backfield and get the ball out before the defense can make contact.

In his first season as starter, DeLacey’s progressive development seems to be right on schedule after he turned in an exceptionally efficient and productive half of football during his Red Devils’ recent 62-6 blowout win over visiting Muhlenberg County. Completing 11 of 13 pass attempts for 239 yards and 3 touchdowns, his efforts included a 48-yard scoring pass in the first quarter and a 37-yard end zone strike in the second quarter en route to a 43-0 halftime score. Mechanically polished and an accurate passer whether launching from a traditional pocket or on the move, he has completed 101 of 152 pass attempts for 1,289 yards and 10 touchdowns in his 8 starts thus far. Currently the #6 passer in Class AAAAA and the 34th-ranked passer statewide averaging 184 yards per game, he also has contributed 4 touchdowns rushing and 233 total yards on 32 rushes. The 5-3 Red Devils are now on a 4-game winning streak with an open date in Week 7.
