Ocean View Seahawk Shootout Preview (Part 1)

Here is a brief look at the teams competing in the event.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>BEACH POOL</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>SAN CLEMENTE</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>San Clemente graduated some key talent at the skill positions but have some intriguing returners, including quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='2121939' first='Preston' last='Beck'], who went 6-1 as a starter as a sophomore. BYU commit [player_tooltip player_id='661909' first='Jaxson' last='Rex'] is the only returning receiver who got a lot of run last season, but the Tritons just added San Juan Hills transfer [player_tooltip player_id='1858610' first='Ryan' last='Matheson']. <strong>Cade Hogan</strong> and <strong>Jackson Branch </strong>are intriguing returners in the secondary along with Rex. Texas State commit [player_tooltip player_id='1639259' first='Luke' last='Frith'] is one of the top two-way players in Orange County. <strong>Cooper Chila</strong> is a good two-way player to watch for the Stallions and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1658274' first='Noah' last='Howell']</strong> is a quality returning defensive back.
