Arroyo caught 49 passes for 607 yards with six touchdowns for El Toro this season and had 59 tackles, a forced fumble and four interceptions on defense.

As a receiver, he is primarily a slot guy who excels on seam routes against zone coverage but has the speed to create separation in man coverage. He is also used frequently on bubble screens and has the field vision to make plays after the catch.

Defensively, he is best as a safety in zone coverage who can pick off errant throws over the top. He also can return punts and has some wiggle.
