Johnson broke into high school football playing on the Northwest freshman squad in 2024. He flashed the potential to contribute on the varsity, which could be formidable this season with a lot of talent returning. Johnson shows during his ninth-grade highlight video that he could seize the opportunity. He’s already a big target with speed. The clips on the tape show him blowing by defenders and going over top of them. Johnson also shows good concentration catching the ball in traffic. He’s one to watch in 2025 and beyond.
