Combay is a guy that continues to show up for the Kell Longhorns. He is on his way to the Tennessee Volunteers, and that is thanks to his ability to play both safety and cornerback at a very high level. He has center fielder like tracking, which is what you want as a safety. If you have a guy that can show patience and still come away with the ball at the third level then you know he is a great player. He is a solid open field tackler, and his patience aligns in that aspect as well. Even if he makes an incorrect step his make-up is great. He is reliable, and won’t get burned deep too often, as he is best when playing overtop coverage in zone.
